Places are limited and going fast…

We have managed to get master winemaker Mark Hunter, of Sanguine wines in Heathcote to come to talk to us about Wine appreciation again. Sanguine wines is a Halliday Wine Companion 2023 TOP 5 star rated winery, placing it in the top 5.6% of wineries in Australia and one of only 3 wineries in Heathcote to have ever achieved this high accolade.

Last year, our class was sold out, so please sign up as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

For young adults, the wine class will help you when you interact with clients or colleagues at work. For others who simply appreciate wine and would like to know more, here is your chance!

In addition to wine tasting basics, Mark will lead us on comparing and tasting:

1. Rose and Chardonnay

2. Tempranillo and Cabernets

3. Differences between warm harvest years and cool harvest years. The difference that weather can make on the resulting wine is very intriguing. Mark will compare their vintages:

        • Inception 2020 vs 2021
        • D’Orsa 2020 vs 2021

Which do you think you would prefer?

In addition, we will also provide a wine tasting side bench for their other wines for you to try. The wines will include:

Chardonnay
Rosé
Cabernets
Tempranillo
Progeny Shiraz
