CAV Membership
Fee is $88 per family per calendar year plus once-off joining fee of $11 per family for new members, open to all aged 18 and above.

Chinese Language School
Give your children a chance to be bilingual and learn the Chinese language and Culture. We cater from Kinder to Year 12 VCE levels. Kinder is free for CAV Financial Members.
Classes are taught on Saturday and Sunday between 9:30 am – 12:15 pm, during school terms.
Fees vary depending on grade Level.

Table Tennis
Open to anyone interested in playing social or competitive table tennis in bright, spacious and friendly surroundings. Playing facilities available on:
Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday and Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Sunday 12:30 – 5:00 pm.
Fees: CAV members $82 per year. Casual: $5 per session.

Ballroom Dancing
Lessons & Social Dance every Thursday for Advanced and Intermediate from 8:00 – 10:15 pm (1.5 hour lesson and 3/4 hour social dancing with 2 teachers). Wednesday for beginners 7:30am to 9:30pm (2 teachers)
Lessons include Modern (standard), Latin & New Vogue. Street Latin is also taught (Salsa, Merengue).
Monthly social dance on every 2nd Sunday evening.
Practice sessions every Monday Nights & Wednesday Nights & every 4th Sunday night.
Fees (CAV member):
Advanced and Intermediate: 6 months $225; Yearly: $400. Beginners: 6 months $225; Yearly $400.

Tai Ji
Tai Ji aims to help members to maintain good general health. Lessons include: Breathing and stretching exercises, Tai Ji forms and weaponry.
Sunday 9:30 am -12:30 pm during CAV school terms and
Tuesday 7:30pm – 9:30 pm.
4 workshops per year.
Fees: CAV members – $30/ school term for the 1st 4 terms and $15/ term from 5th term onwards.
Non-CAV members $60/ school term

Karaoke
Twice monthly Karaoke session at CAV centre on every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month 7:00 pm – 10:15pm. Touch screen Karaoke with 13,000 English and 25,000 Chinese songs. Bring your own VCD or DVD if you want to sing particular songs.
Fees: CAV members $6 per session. Non-CAV members $8 per session (dessert, tea and coffee provided).

CAV Sponsor – Central Equity Limited
Central Equity will provide a discount of $3,000 (exclusive of GST) to CAV members and their directly referred family members and friends, purchasing a brand new apartment from Central Equity. If purchasing a home site from Central Equity Land the amount will be
