We have managed to get master winemaker Mark Hunter, of Sanguine wines in Heathcote to come to talk to us about Wine appreciation. Sanguine wines is a Halliday Wine Companion 2022 TOP 5 star rated winery, placing it in the top 5.6% of wineries in Australia and one of only 3 wineries in Heathcote to have ever achieved this high accolade.
Our program will start with a short, formal sit-down class on wine appreciation followed by wine tasting.
For young adults, the wine class will help you when you interact with clients or colleagues at work. For others who simply appreciate wine and would like to know more, here is your chance!

Mark has kindly offered members who purchase wine on the night via mail order, a 10% discount off their orders if they mention CAV plus he is also generously donating 5% of all sales on the night to CAV together with a dozen bottles of wine to auction at the Gala Ball.
Wines can be delivered directly to the member’s homes (fee based) or picked up from CAV for free. (Delivery date To Be Advised).
