The enrolment for 2021 is open from Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2020.
Please note:
- According to the Department of Education and Training policy, all the students are required to fill in and update the Student Information/Enrolment Form at the time of enrolment.
- Due to Covid-19 Restrictions in 2020, we have to conduct most of our lessons through online learning. This requires a lot of parental supervision and involvement for which we are very appreciative and thankful. Because of this, CAV Board and CAV School Council have decided not to increase the 2021 fee and to give a once off extra $50 reduction to the already low fees for all existing enrolled students if paid before 13 December 2020.
- To also assist families who have been very loyal to CAV Chinese Language School, we have now designed very attractive packages for families with the fees set for this year locked in. This is our loyalty initiative to look after existing Families who have come through this difficult year with us. It is very likely that these fees will increase in 2022 and beyond. Kindly consider and think about this when enrolling this year.
- New enrolments will also continue to enjoy the extra $20 fee reduction if paid before 13 December 2020 and the packages are also available for new students who are not part of this year CAV School Family.
- Our fees are certainly one of the cheapest if not the cheapest you can find for weekend Chinese Language schools. Our Teachers and Principal are very qualified – most with Australian Masters or PhD in Teaching and they are from Mainland China – native mandarin speakers from China who are also very devoted to Charity and Not-for-Profit Organisation like us.
- You do not have to pay up front as we will invoice you the correct amount after we review your enrolment application. You are required to submit your enrolment application by emailing this to admin@cavinc.com.au or drop off your enrolment form to the School.

Time and Venue
CAV will be giving parents more choices for class times. You can advise us of your preferences and if we have enough children for the time you have chosen, we will initiate the class.
Our School will now operate on both Saturday and Sunday, Morning and Afternoon, with classes subject to student numbers. It is therefore important for you to state your first and second preferences. It is also important for you to advise us if it is more convenient for you to have all your children in one session if you have more than one child at CAV. We will try and accommodate everyone if we can, or talk to you if it is not possible.
Classes are available from kinder to Year 12 for
Saturdays 9.30am to 12.15pm and Saturdays 1.30pm to 4.15pm
Sundays 9.30am to 12.15pm and Sundays 1.30pm to 4.15pm
There will also be a FREE monthly sport and cultural training session from 12.15pm to 1.30pm for interested students and a sausage sizzle lunch for those participating. Numbers are limited for this activity.
The last day of enrolment with the discounted school fee for all existing or new students is 13th of December 2020.
- Learning materials
The school provides free textbooks and school exercise books for all the enrolled students at CAV School and all the materials will be given to students on the first day of 2021 school year. (Additional fee applies if original copies are lost or extra copy is needed).
