INSTRUCTIONS
CAV Covidsafe requirements:
- All adults MUST be fully vaccinated and show their vaccination certificate when entering CAV premises.
- Masks MUST be worn at all times (except when consuming food or drink) by anyone over the age of 8, unless a valid exemption is shown to a CAV executive at the gate.
This is to keep everyone as safe as possible, so please don’t give our volunteers any problems if they ask you to mask up.

This is a family reservation for MULTIPLE people in a family group. Unless you are registering multiple families, leave the Attendee Registration as “1”
