Sequence Dancing Group
The members of Sequence Dancing Group (SDG), as the name suggests, dance around the dance floor in set sequences. All Dancers do the same routines which combined steps taken from the Standard Dances (Modern Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, Quickstep and Tango) and Latin and Street Dances (Rumba, Cha Cha, Jive, Samba, Salsa) as well as the ever popular Australian New Vouge Dances. The emphasis is dancing as a form of social gathering, enjoyment and exercise, less emphasis on dancing techniques and style of performance.
It is a friendly atmosphere. The members enjoy themselves but still have time to help others who are new to the group. Therefore, irrespective of what level of dancing prowess you are, you will find fun and friendship in our group.
