Notes:

First Term (Jan -June) and Full year rates are payable on/before 12-2-2009.

Second Term (July-Dec) rate is payable on/before 23-7-2009.

 
Members enrolling after the second month of each term pay fees to the end of the term per following table. Thereafter the normal term rates apply

No refund for monies paid. However credit for absent for more than 2 months may be considered and to be carried forward to next Term. Please contact the treasurer.

A late payment surcharge of $20 will be imposed for term payments received after the due date.

We do not encourage payment on monthly basis. New comers are advised to pay casual rate until a decision is made to join CAV BDG, in which case, payment will follow Note 3 as stated above.
